Kori Zinda has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Oregon and a Masters in Education from Portland State University. She has been an elementary teacher for over 15 years. She is a strong believer in the multitude of benefits received from fitness and healthy habits. Kori is excited to share her passion for exercise and healthy living with others. She continues to study the most up-to-date concepts and techniques in fitness and movement, focusing on the general adult population and student athletes. Kori brings to MVP the energy and desire to help clients meet their personal fitness goals.

As one of the Top Physical Educators and Strength Coaches in the Northwest, Frank brings almost 20 years of experience to the field. In 2009 he received the Oregon High School Physical Education Teacher of the Year Award for his exemplary work. In 2010 he founded MVP Performance Training where the mission is to help aspiring individuals attain their performance and fitness goals.
