Our Physical Training program is scientifically designed to boost your metabolism, increase athleticism, decrease injuries, increase overall strength, speed, quickness, explosiveness, and your functional movement in day-to-day activities.
Prior to beginning your membership, you will receive an initial Functional Movement Assessment by a certified trainer and you will then be eligible to sign up for any of small group sessions. Unlike other fitness centers, members of MVP will always be under the constant eye and guidance of one of our coaches.
If you are an athlete training for a specific sport(s), your program design will be combined with your sports skills development skills in order to maximize your efforts and raise your game to the next level.
One-on-one personal Physical Training sessions are available. If this is something you are interested in, please contact one of our coaches.
As a member of MVP Performance Training, athletes have full access to one-on-one, small group (4 or less), and/or team training under the guidance of an experienced coach. Regardless of the individual's sports interest, coaches at MVP have the qualifications, experience and skills to help the athlete to improve their game. Examples include, but are not limited to;
If you are an athlete that competes at any level and have a vision of becoming the best athlete you can be, then we strongly recommend that you pursue the Combo Package in which you receive both the Physical Training package and the Skills Development package. You decide how many times a week you train and what type of training you will do. It is your mission and your vision that will drive your decision and feed your passion.

Individual will receive a free Functional Movement Screen and Goal Session.
An Individualized program will be designed and written specifically for you (changed and updated every 4-6 weeks).
You will work one-on-one with one of our personal trainers who will take you step-by-step through your workout.
$60/month - 4 sessions (1 per week)
Access to our High Energy Kids Fit &/or Sessions. (8+ Participants) Ask for a schedule.
A scientifically designed Group Program (changes once per month) to boost your child's metabolism, increase athleticism decrease injuries, increase your strength and your functional movement in day to day activities!
A coach is always present to assist your child.
Your daily schedule is crazy busy. Believe us, we know. That’s why we are offering MVP Online, MVP Performance Training’s Distance Training and Coaching Program. If you are looking for accountability in and out of the gym, MVP Online is for you. There are only 168 hours in each week and many times getting to MVP isn’t possible. Take your workout and training with you. Whether you live in McMinnville or thousands of miles away, We’ll design your program and give you the accountability you need to meet your performance and fitness goals.
