MVP Online

Your daily schedule is crazy busy.  Believe me, I know.  That’s why we are offering MVP Online, MVP Performance Training’s Distance Training and Coaching Program.  If you are looking for accountability in and out of the gym, MVP Online is for you.  There are only 168 hours in each week and many times getting to MVP isn’t possible.  Take your workout and training with you.  Whether you live in McMinnvile or thousands of miles away, We’ll design your program and give you the accountability you need to meet your performance and fitness goals.    

Adult Training

Our Adult Group Training Sessions are split into two formats, Strength or Metabolic.  During our Strength Training Sessions focus is placed on building a solid movement and strength foundation.  Everyone needs to move better and get stronger.  Attention to detail is guided by our highly certified trainers in every sessions.

Our Metabolic Training Sessions are designed for the advanced individual and are more intense in nature.  We recommend these sessions only after you have created a solid movement and strength foundation.    High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) has been around for a long time and in these sessions we put our spin on each training session to crank up your metabolism to increase your training effect.  Once again, attention to detail is critical and each session is guided by one of our highly certified trainers.

Sport Performance

MVP Performance Training  applies a multi-dimensional approach that produces RESULTS.  We bring the most current and up to date, research base information to your workouts.  In this day and age, there is so much information and opinions to choose from. MVP will help you attain your most amazing body yet.  Here is what we will do for you:¨ Design a cutting Edge Workout¨ Motivate and direct you through your workout sessions in a fun and energetic environment.¨ Help You look better, feel better and move better.¨ You WILL meet your personal fitness goals.
